Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

This page explains how to delete the data associated with your use of the Marketing App by AK LEADS LLC ("the App"). It applies to the App and to other applications operated by AK LEADS LLC that integrate with Meta's APIs.

What Data Is Affected

When you connect a Meta account, the App may access and store the following to function: ad account data, advertising insights, Business Manager information, and the Meta access token used to authenticate. Deleting your data removes this information and revokes the App's stored access.

How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your data using any of the following methods:

• Disconnect or remove the App: Remove the connection within the App, or uninstall it, to delete the locally stored Meta data and access token.
• Revoke access at Meta: Go to your Facebook settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or, in Meta Business Manager, Business Settings → Connected Apps), select "Marketing App by AK LEADS LLC," and remove it.
• Request deletion by email: Send a request to privacy@akleads.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include the Meta account or business associated with your use of the App so we can locate the data.

Confirmation and Timing

When you disconnect or remove the App, locally stored data and tokens are deleted immediately. For email requests, we will process the deletion and confirm by reply, typically within 30 days. We may retain limited records only where required by law.
